Our Woodcote accommodation is the fitting setting to offer these support as it is a 6-bedroom Edwardian home, with a sensory room, large communal spaces and a vast garden to roam and get fresh air. We are located in the suburban area of Coulsdon, where we are local to countryside, parks, golf courses, horse riding range and other activities. These open spaces have proven to be beneficial to our young people’s mental health and wellbeing.

We work with a wide range of organisations that offer behavioural therapy, mentoring and trauma support. Our staff are PMVA trained in supporting high risk young people, such as ex-offenders and complex behaviour. DoLS provision can also be provided.

We cater for young adult 18+ with mild learning disabilities such ADHD, Autism and Asperger’s or challenging behaviour. Our placement provides long term placement, respites and interim support. We even extend our support to outreach in the local community.

We support our young people to overcome childhood trauma, addictions, daily living challenges such as CCE and CSE risks. Our staff members are trained to offer both emotional and practical support. We train our staff to be acute listeners as this is one of the most effective skills to have when working with young adult particularly with challenging behaviour as a lot of their complex needs is due to lack of trust in authority or some sort of trauma or exploitation.
